South coast (Mirissa, Weligama, Unawatuna, Galle)
Seas are generally more favourable from November to April. Weather can change, and surf, swim and boat activities always follow current safety advice.
Safari parks (Yala, Udawalawe, Wilpattu, Minneriya, Kaudulla)
Animal movement follows water and seasons, so the best park and time of year varies. We check current park status and access before quoting.
Cultural sites and hill country
Active outdoor days such as Sigiriya, Ella and tea-country walks are best planned around the day's weather. Tell us your dates and we will suggest an order.
Whale watching (Mirissa)
A separate, seasonal option with licensed, ethical operators. Sightings are not guaranteed.

Cancellation terms
Clear before you pay
- Your written quote states the cancellation and change terms before you pay anything.
- Costs we pay to third parties on your behalf, such as hotels, park permits and rail tickets, follow the supplier's own terms and are shown line by line.
- If a park, trail or train is closed, or sea conditions are unsafe, we offer an alternative or a reschedule and explain any cost difference clearly.
- We confirm the pickup window and estimated transfer times before taking payment.
Arrival and practical arrangements
Send your flight number, arrival time and luggage count when requesting airport pickup. Before travel, request the exact meeting point, driver identification, delay procedure and a contact number in writing.
Tell us your preferred guiding language, child ages and child-seat needs, dietary requests, walking tolerance and any boarding assistance required. These arrangements depend on vehicle and supplier availability and must be confirmed in your quote. Ask for an on-trip contact and support hours before departure; no round-the-clock support is advertised.
