Short answer: Only what the written quote lists. We itemise transfers, hotels, meals, park permits, jeep fees, guides, activities and taxes so you can compare like with like, and we state the per-person basis and group size.
Things we may include when contracted
A dedicated vehicle and driver, agreed pickup and drop-off, selected guide services, itinerary planning and booking assistance.
Things quoted separately unless listed
Hotels, meals, attraction and national-park permits, safari jeep, specialised guides, rail tickets, activities, insurance, tips and personal expenses.
Questions to ask before you pay
What is the per-person basis? Which currency and taxes apply? When can I cancel and what is refundable? When is pickup?
